Shipping
• All orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after being placed.
• All Items are Sent Via USPS. If items are sent to the Address provided and fails to deliver, customer must pay reshipping costs.
• Express Mail is also available at customer’s expense.
• Domestic Shipped orders will take 2-6 business days to arrive.
• International shipped orders transit time is subject to customs clearance.
• International Free shipping: Complimentary priority mail shipping will be granted to orders totaling $140 or more. For orders totaling less than $140, a shipping charge of $29.99 applies.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: If You are placing an order for delivery outside of the United States. Please be aware that the international shipping charge that appears in your Order Summary does not include Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty that is assessed in the country your order will be delivered to. Such Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty will be collected at time of delivery.
If a package is refused by the customer, FAMEN LLC/HAIRATIN reserves the right to deduct from any refund that is due all return shipping fees and applicable Taxes, Customs and Duties.
By proceeding with placing your order, you agree to the foregoing terms and to pay all Local Taxes, VAT and/or Duty at time of delivery.
Returns
No Refunds, exchanges only within 30 days.
We will only exchange merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Merchandise must be intact and include original purchase receipt and tags.
Damaged or used merchandise will not be accepted.
Promotional items sold online are final sale and exchanges are not allowed.
1. RETURNS-EXCHANGES: Famen LLC/Hairatin Does not accept Refunds but exchanges on processed and shipped merchandise.
Damaged merchandise must be reported up to a week after the purchase is made. You will need to pay for any postage fees involved in posting the items you wish to return.
In order to request an exchange, products can not be worn, used, washed or damaged; unused merchandise must be on its original package and shipped back at our warehouse in perfect conditions no more than 14 days after it was received.
Buyer Must pay for shipping costs and postage fees to return and re-ship the exchanged goods.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns where the above conditions are not met. Refused items will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
2. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Hairatin does not convert the total price of orders into other currencies. We will bill your credit or debit card or PayPal account in USA dollars and the card company or PayPal will convert the charges for you. If you have any questions about currency conversions please contact your bank or financial institution.
Customers outside USA may also be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid directly by the recipient of the parcel. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We are not liable for any custom or import duties.
When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of USA may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and region to region; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original shipment delivery estimates.
3. SHIPPING TIMES. We cannot guarantee delivery times, including due to reasons beyond our control. All delivery estimations are provided based on general data available to public. Postage may be subject to delay due to causes outside Hairatin and/or USA Post, including but not limited to public holidays, peak periods and time in customs (if applicable).
We reserve the right not to deliver products to certain countries in our absolute discretion. Also, we are not responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, for delivery outside USA, you or the recipient of record must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Accordingly, you should check any import laws or regulations that would restrict the importation of the products prior to purchase.
Our Prices are FOB Davie Florida and Buyer is responsible for shipping cost and duties.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS When you use Hairatin Services, or send e-mails, text messages, and other communications from your desktop or mobile device to us, you may be communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, such as e-mails, texts, mobile push notices, or notices and messages on this site or through the other Amazon Services, such as our Message Center, and you can retain copies of these communications for your records. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
